1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and placing orders on our SMM Panel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or place any orders.
2. SMM Services Delivery
Our services are intended purely for promotional marketing purposes. We do not guarantee that the new followers or likes will interact with your accounts. We only guarantee the quantity of metrics purchased under the specific service conditions.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once an order is submitted and processing, no refunds can be issued unless the supplier API cancels or partially completes the run. Canceled or partial orders will have the remaining quantity balance refunded automatically to your SMM panel wallet balance. Deposits made via payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Crypto) cannot be refunded to the original payment method. They can only be used to place orders.
4. Account Liabilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and developer API key secure. We are not responsible for any balance deductions resulting from unauthorized use of your API credentials.
